From Booking to Delivery
Book the shoot
Pick a date through the contact form. We confirm within a few hours and lock the time on the calendar.
Scout the property
For premium and lakefront listings we'll review photos or visit ahead of the shoot to plan routing, lighting windows, and the aerial path.
Capture on site
Two to three hours on location with gimbal, drone (when conditions allow), and detail rigs. We work around open houses, agent meetings, and dusk shoots when needed.
Edit and color grade
Cut to music, color graded for consistency, branded intro/outro applied. Multiple cuts produced from one shoot — MLS plus all the social variants.
Deliver in 48 to 72 hours
Private online gallery with direct downloads. MLS-ready files, vertical cuts for social, plus the clean graded master if you want to repurpose it later.
Syracuse and Central New York
Travel is included within 40 miles of Syracuse, which covers most of Onondaga County, the eastern Finger Lakes, and the western edge of the Mohawk Valley. Listings further out are quoted with a small mileage fee — never refused.
